BMKG Peringatkan Hujan Lebat dan Angin Kencang, Ekonomi Daerah Bisa Terdampak

Cikarang, CMI News – Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi, dan Geofisika (BMKG) mengeluarkan peringatan cuaca ekstrem untuk sepekan ke depan. Hampir seluruh wilayah Indonesia berpotensi diguyur hujan lebat disertai angin kencang, kondisi yang bisa berdampak bukan hanya pada keselamatan masyarakat, tetapi juga pada aktivitas ekonomi di berbagai daerah.
Kepala BMKG, Dwikorita Karnawati, menyebut dinamika atmosfer saat ini dipengaruhi oleh pertumbuhan awan hujan dari Samudera Hindia yang bergerak ke barat Indonesia, ditambah aktivitas gelombang Kelvin, Rosby, serta bibit siklon tropis 93S di barat Bengkulu. Kombinasi faktor ini memperbesar potensi cuaca ekstrem dari Sumatera, Jawa, hingga kawasan timur Indonesia.

“Cuaca sepekan ke depan bervariasi, namun diwarnai potensi hujan lebat dan angin kencang di banyak wilayah,” ujar Dwikorita, Jumat (12/9).

Hujan lebat: Sumatera Utara, Kepulauan Riau, Bangka Belitung, Lampung, Banten, DKI Jakarta, Jawa Barat, Kalimantan Barat, Kalimantan Tengah, Kalimantan Timur, Sulawesi Barat, Maluku, Maluku Utara, Papua Tengah, Papua Pegunungan, Papua Selatan.
